ALTA Foundation

The ALTA Foundation, Inc., has been in existence since 1986. It was created by ALTA to promote health, character, sportsmanship, and responsible citizenship by using the game of tennis to support, not only amateur tennis athletes, but programs for the disadvantaged, the physically and mentally challenged, and to provide new opportunities for under-served youth and other tennis programs. Through the foundation's grant and scholarship offerings, thousands of adults and juniors have had the opportunity to participate, introducing them to a game we love. Additionally, foundation program sponsorships help teach life lessons, keep kids off the streets, and create afterschool safe-haven environments for at-risk populations. For more information about supporting the ALTA Foundation as a donor or volunteer, contact Rita Maloof, 2023 ALTA Foundation President via email at foundationpresident@altatennis.org or call 770-399-5788, EXT. 126.
